1. How to Ship?

Ans: Our default shipping method is EMS, USPS, general shipping time is 6-8 business days. Tracking NO. provided and free shipping to your door.

2. How much should I pay for the shipping?

Ans: Free shipping via EMS/USPS/DHL Express to Countries: U.S.A, Japan, Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, France, Germany, Greece, Norway, U.K., Canada, Spain; tracking NO. provided.

3. How long it takes for the shipment?

Ans: It normally takes 6~8 business days for the shipment. It may takes several days delay for big festival as Christmas rush, chilly weather influence.

4. Where to track when I get a tracking NO.?

Ans: USA: www.sups.com or http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp. Others: Find the right tracking site here: http://www.ems.com.cn/jsp/track/ttq/e-cha-xun-lian-jie.html.

5. Why there is not any updated infomation when tracking?

Ans: Please track it 1~2 business days later. Since it is forgeign business, EMS and usps may not able to update the information instantly. Or the package is waiting to pass custom therefor there is not much info. about it.

6. Is there any tax fee?

Ans: Nomally no tax fee is involved. If there is any need in some country, customers will cover the fee themselves.

7. What should I do when I'm not home and miss the delivery(undeliverd shows at www.usps.com)?

Ans: Please go to your local post office directly to collect your package with the tracking No. asap or contact USPS 800-222-1811 to arrange a second delivery.

8. Why my package is sent back, what should I do to get them again?

Ans: If the package is sent back, you can pay the shipping fee for the redelivery and we'll arrange another shipment for you.

9. What is your return/refund policy?

Ans: Because this is an international business, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to reasons such as a change of mind, or a minor difference from the item shown in picture. Albeit, we are open to communication with customers regarding any such issues.

If for some reason the gear you selected wasn't perfect for you - return any item to us in new or unused condition within 2 days of delivered date. We'll be happy to help you with an exchange, account credit or full refund. Please keep the parcel to original state and we don't accept any defective parcels or used items.
